The Process

A clear process creates better work.

Every assignment is different, but the basic structure stays consistent. We define what the project needs to accomplish, plan the production, create the work and move through review and delivery without unnecessary friction.

  1. 01

    Initial Conversation

You tell me what you are planning, when and where it is happening, and how the final work will be used.

I will ask enough questions to understand the assignment and recommend the right scope.

  2. 02

    Proposal and Planning

You receive a written proposal defining the scope, deliverables, schedule, investment, payment terms, review process and usage rights when applicable.

Once approved, we confirm the production plan, shot priorities and logistics.

  3. 03

    Production

I photograph or film the project according to the agreed plan while remaining flexible enough to capture moments and opportunities that cannot be scripted.

  4. 04

    Editing and Review

The strongest material is selected, edited and prepared for review.

Depending on the project, you may:

    • Select favorite photographs
    • Leave comments
    • Request included revisions
    • Review video changes during the planned review process
    • Approve final deliverables
  5. 05

    Final Delivery

Approved files are delivered in the formats appropriate for their intended use.
