This policy describes how Sevy Smith Media (“we”, “us”) handles information submitted through sevysmith.com, inquiry forms, and the authenticated client portal.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details you submit (name, email, phone, company, project description, and related fields).
• Client account information used for portal access (name, email, optional company/phone, and Auth identity linkage).
• Project media, comments, favorites, approvals, proposal acknowledgements, and download activity inside authorized projects.
• Technical account session data required for authentication.

How we use information

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, manage client projects, deliver review materials and final files, publish and record proposal acknowledgements, maintain account security, and operate the website. We do not sell personal information.

Infrastructure

The application uses Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage. Hosting and related infrastructure providers process data as needed to operate the service.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication relies on session cookies. This application does not currently include a third-party marketing analytics vendor. If that changes, this page will be updated.

Client portal and invitation links

Portal access is granted by Sevy Smith Media. Invitation links are sensitive. Recipients should not forward invitation links to unintended parties. Access can be revoked by Sevy Smith Media.

Retention

Project media, comments, proposals, and related records are retained while needed to deliver and support the engagement, and may be archived afterward. Retention periods may vary by project and legal requirements.

Security

We use authenticated access controls, private storage for client media, and server-side authorization checks. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
